Holding company Panamersa Corporation last week announced plans to develop a $100 million dollar XVI century Pirate City and Theme Park in Brazil called Port Sae La Fotaleza.      

This mega tourist project will begin in February and will stand as a city that will have its own seaport and marina and will be comprised of five different municipalities.  Those who live in and visit Port Sae La Fotaleza will be able to truly experience life as it was in the 16th century in a fortress city. 

 “I am excited about this world-class Pirate Theme Park on the ocean. It will be an adventure we have all dreamed of and it will take place where it really happened years ago. It will be a place everyone in the region can be truly proud,” said Mike Terrell, CEO of Panamersa Corporation.
