V. Port Sae La Fortaleza - at two years since it's inception the business plan has been completed with projected opening date being 2014. The physical location of the theme park will be disclosed once all negotiations and purchases had been completed The common voting shares have been paid and represented by Five Million EUROS, Twenty per cent of these common shares will be offered to Strategic Investors that would be interested in acquiring concession rights. The preferred type ‘A” will be offered later through a private offering.
