inscription of the
Royalties of PORT SAE
“The Fort” was done. Attached, is the text
of the inscription published on July 20th,
2006 Nº 140 of the
Gaceta
Nacional de La Republica de Costa Rica.(Republic
of Costa Rica National Gazette)
This action
is a preamble of the development and
building of PORT SAE “The Fort”,
a tourist project within the industry
category of Theme Park, recovering the
activities and Historic Files
of the era of
all those
Countries
that where witness of this legacy.
Second: On the 1st of
December of 2006 is established on Respublic
of Panama the company named:
PORT SAE
Productions Stock Company (PORTSAE)
Third: On
December 4th of 2006, Santa Barbara day,
its
signed an “Economic Interest Association
Agreement” (“A.I.E. in Spanish”) to
coordinate, to promote, to develop and to
build
PORT SAE Productions
Sociedad Anónima (PORTSAE) y PANAMERSA
Corporation,
operating
regions, to be disclosed at a later release,
where all
the components are located within a
PENTAPOLIS,
Los
Proscritos,
El
Puerto, El
Fortín, Pirata
Park
y
Las Guaridas that formed
PORT SAE “The Fort”.
This is a
mega-tourist project within the industry
category of “Theme Park”,
allowing us to offer the participation in
PORT SAE “The Fort”.
